User agreement for HPH eCommunity

The HPH eCommunity is an internal collaboration platform for HPH members. Its intended purpose is for HPH members to inform themselves about HPH topics, exchange information and discuss various topics with other HPH members.

 

Members of eCommunity can:

  • Read about HPH topics and problem-solving strategies of other HPH hospitals.
  • Post best practices, relevant documents and links.
  • Engage in constructive and respectful discussions and debates around the HPH topics with other HPH members.
  • Collaborate with other members on all HPH topics.

 

eCommunity is not a place for the following prohibited uses:

  • Sharing personal information of a person without their express documented consent.
  • Sharing any form of sensitive personal information such as medical information.
  • Posting any discriminatory or offensive content that – among others – relates to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or nationality.
  • Engaging in harassment, bullying, or threatening behaviour towards other members of the eCommunity.
  • Promoting or soliciting products, services, or businesses.
  • Engaging in any illegal or unethical activities, including the distribution of copyrighted material or the dissemination of false information.
  • Spamming, excessive self-promotion, or posting of irrelevant links.
  • The use of improper or foul language or the posting of explicit content.

 

The International HPH Secretariat will act as community managers of the HPH eCommunity and are responsible for maintaining a welcoming place for all members of the eCommunity.

The International HPH Network reserves the right to remove any content, take up action with individual users and ultimately ban users who violate the user agreement.
