Step 3: Thanks for joining HPH - you're almost ready; we just need your membership fee payment.
There are two payment options:

a flat fee per hospital, health service or affiliated member

a scaled, per-capita fee (based on the number of employees your organization has

Payment option 1: Flat fee
The flat fee rate* is €300 p.a.
(However, for lower middle income and new EU countries it is €200 p.a., and for developing countries it is €150 p.a.)
You can pay your flat fee* below - either each year, or in one go for all 4 years covered by the Letter of Intent.
Please be aware, that a service charge of 7,75% has been added to Paypal transfers.

Payment option 2: Scaled, per-capita fee
The scaled, per-capita fee is based on the nymber of employees your organization has. This is intended especially for larger health service members (such as the NHS Trusts in the United Kingdom), and it is based on the average number of employees of existing HPH hospital/health service member organizations.
The scaled, per-capita fee rates are:

0 to 1000 Employees =1 fee (€300)

1000 to 2000 Employees =2 fees (€600)

2000 to 3000 Employees =3 fees (€900)

3000 to 4000 Employees =4 fees (€1200)

You can calculate your own amount* and then pay your scaled, per-capita fee below - either each year, or in one go for all 4 years covered by the Letter of Intent.
